Are you struggling to survive your day-to-day?
You are motivated and want to change your current situation, but nothing changes whatever you seem to try.
A current life situation has you feeling down and out – a job change, change in relationship, or lack of self-confidence.
You struggle with constant negative thoughts, which cause you to feel like you should hang up the towel and settle for what you have or what’s offered.
Having been rejected or told “no” time and time again, you don’t see how you can finally get a yes. You can!
Are you feeling lost, disconnected, misunderstood, or undervalued?
You don’t want to keep living this way, and you’re ready to do what needs to be done to change it.
You want to stop binge drinking, Netflix and chilling, or watching others get the job offers you wanted. Constantly venting to your friends, and honestly, they are kind of sick of hearing you share the same frustrations and anger.
Mike* has a great life, and everything is good, at least from the outside. But he wants more, and he feels like he isn’t reaching his potential. If he’s being honest, he feels like a failure but would never want to show it. So he does everything he can to act like everything is fine.
Kayla* is an amazing wife, mother, and friend. On the outside, she is #momgoals. But internally, she’s paralyzed with fear and anxiety. She feels like at any minute, something could go wrong, and it will all be her fault. She cares so much about what people think about her and struggles to find self-confidence outside her husband and kids.
Hobbs* is a star student and liked by all. But when he isn’t around people, he has panic attacks and constantly worries about what people think of him. He avoids conversations and places due to his fear and doesn’t tell anyone what’s going on.
You might be asking yourself, “What is wrong with me… is this the best I can do?”
What if you could turn it all around?
In individual therapy, we work together to give you a new level of awareness of your experience.
Have you ever seen a Monet painting up close? It is a mess. You can’t define or see anything – it just looks like a lot of purposeless brush strokes painted across the page. Then you take a few steps back and adjust your eyes, and all of a sudden, you see an entire landscape or person.
To me, that is what I bring to the table. We are all too close to our life paintings to see the complete picture or the full potential that we could have. I bring an outside perspective that isn’t saturated in the situation and give honest, educationally backed feedback to your life painting.
We’ll also work on creating the kind of relationships in which you’ll thrive!
Whether it is a new relationship or improving current ones, we will work on your self-confidence and boundaries to get to the point where you will have more confidence, power, and choices in your relationships. You will not have to say yes to things you don’t like or even care about. You will learn to say yes to things you only really want to do. We will create awareness of what you value and the goals you want to meet to experience the growth you so deeply desire.
My goal in therapy is for you to see and feel growth through the process.
We have moments where you see how you respond and feel differently than before, and you continue to make choices that create a more meaningful life.
You will be able to look at every version of yourself, which I’ll explain in our first session what versions I mean. You will look in the mirror and like what you see.
Intentional Honesty: We live in a time where things are often filtered or watered down. We’re sometimes too ashamed to be honest and truthful. I take a lot of pride in gaining your respect and trust for our therapeutic relationship. And when the time comes, and it always does, I will be honest with you to help you experience breakthroughs and create the change you want in life.
I’ll be there with you… step by step.
It can be scary to admit you need help, but you can acknowledge that you want more and want to see how to get more. I can help you see that and do it in an honest, intentionally inspiring way.
Imagine waking up rested and optimistic about what the day has to offer!
